Return Policy

Matters needing attention : 

If the goods are "non-refundable", such as display goods and clearance specials, exchange or return processing cannot be arranged, please understand.

1.  Exchange the product plan : 
1.1. Please confirm that the order is not a "non-exchange" product ;
1.2. Contact customer service on WhatsApp at +852 6553 3690 or email: kovix@foxmail.com to arrange exchange ;
1.3. Wait for customer service to reply and confirm, if it is not a public holiday or Saturday or Sunday, it will generally reply on the same day ; 
1.4. Customers can arrange for SF Express to return to the designated address: 18 / F, Excelsior Industrial Building 68-76 Sha Tsui Road Tsuen Wan NT.

2. Shipping charges : 
2.1. In case of our fault, such as shipment error or product quality problem, all freight shall be borne by us ;
2.2. If the customer chooses the wrong product or wants to replace the product with another product, model, color, etc., after receiving the product, all freight shall be borne by the customer.

3. How do I send my product back?
3.1. The returned products must be confirmed by customer service first, otherwise they will not be processed ;
3.2. Place the product in a secure package and attach the order number ;
3.3. Use SF Express to return to the above address (Please do not use Hong Kong Post)
3.4. Inform our customer service of the tracking number of SF Express. 

4. Return policy requirements : 
4.1. The returned products must be purchased in this online shop;
4.2. The packaging of the returned products must be complete, including the instructions and all accessories, in order to meet the conditions for resale. 

5. Other terms
5.1. Each order can only be replaced once ;
5.2. No refund service will be provided after the order is confirmed.
